SDX-120 Mucking roadheader also named mucking loader with cutter or named tunnel roadheader is one type of high efficiency, environment protection, multi-function tunnel mining machine integrating moving, cutting, collecting, loading, conveying and dumping. The loading capacity of the SDX-120 mucking roadheader is 120cbm/hour.
The mucking roadheader adopt electricity for power to work,no tail gas, environment protection. The mucking road header adopt full-hydraulic drive system, hydraulic pilot operation.
Our mucking roadheader use its cutting head to cut rock ore or soil or other materials and collect and load them into conveyor, conveyor transmit rocks to the back of conveyor and then unload rocks into dumper truck, shuttle mining car, side-dumping car, belt conveyor or skip or other transimmison equipment. The dumping height is designed and customized as per customer request.
The mucking loader with drum cutter is equipped with a quick connector. During rock roadway excavation, the excavation bucket and cutting head are exchanged. After blasting, the excavation bucket is used to load rock ore slag,realizing the dual-purpose of one machine.
Our mucking roadheader is equipped with internal spray and high pressure external spray device, good dust suppression effect.
The mucking roadheader is used for soft rock cutting such as soil, coal, salt, sandstone, weathered rock etc, no blasting is required. The hardness of mining rock is from F1-F6.
We support custom mucking roadheader. We can design and customize wheel the tunelling machine that is more suitable to your tunnel according to your tunnel conditions including width and hegiht of tunnel and slope size of roadway. We design and customize the dumping length and height of tunneling machine accoring to your dumper truck.
